If you submit a payment to take part in a course we collect personal data (as described in the Data Protection Act 1998) from you. This data is stored temporarily for the purpose of managing course bookings only. 

Personal data is data that relates to an identifiable living person and can include your name, address, phone number. The data collected when you submit a booking form includes name, address, email and telephone number. 

The data submitted via the booking form is emailed securely to the service for processing. It is stored temporarily on www.cnwl.nhs.uk for no more than 30 days then deleted.

No payment information is stored on the CNWL site. For payments we use a third party application, Worldpay, who process the payment according to their privacy policy
